Cold Weather Advisories are new starting this year, replacing the Wind Chill Advisory. They’re a little more expansive, too — if the air OR wind chill temperature drops to 20° or below, a Cold Weather Advisory comes out. If it falls below 11°, a Cold Weather Warning is issued.
