Chantal’s max winds are up to 50 MPH as of 11PM. Northward motion continues around 8 MPH. Chantal will be ashore by morning, weakening as it curves back northeastward through NC. The Tropical Storm Watch continues, but it appears the worst weather stays to our northeast.
